Appointments
Though walk-ins are always welcome, we recommend booking in advance to ensure your preferred time and service are available.
Payment & Booking
A credit card may be required at the time of booking for new clients or appointments with two or more services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled without advance notice may be charged for the booked service.
Group bookings and spa parties require 72 hours notice to cancel. Cancellations made after that window may result in a charge of $25 per service, per person.
Late Arrivals
We'll always do our best to accommodate you, but please note that late arrivals may result in a shortened service time out of respect for guests scheduled after you.
